MCP Server Integration

CROW exposes your organization's product catalog, customer interaction history, and AI-generated behavioral patterns through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. This allows AI assistants like Claude Desktop, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients to query your CROW data using natural language.

Claude Desktop Configuration

Add the following to your Claude Desktop configuration file:

macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json Windows: %APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json

{
"mcpServers": {
"crow": {
"url": "https://mcp.crowai.dev/mcp",
"headers": {
"Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"
}
}
}
}

Restart Claude Desktop after saving. The CROW tools will appear in Claude's tool list.

Authentication

The MCP server requires a valid CROW API key. Pass it in one of two ways:

MethodHeader
Bearer tokenAuthorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY
API key headerX-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY

The server verifies your API key and resolves your organization ID automatically. All queries are scoped to your organization's data.
